The practice’s goals are to treat patients promptly, deliver high-quality dental care, and make efficient use of allocated clinic time. We have an appointment cancellation policy in place to help us achieve.
Patients are asked to cancel dental appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Phone cancellations are preferred.
Private dental appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a charge. The cost is listed in the most recent private pricing list and depends on how long the appointment is.
Hygienist appointments must all be paid for in advance at the time of scheduling; if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Hygienist fees of £79 will be charged if a scheduled appointment is missed or cancelled on the day.
Patients should submit any appeals regarding missed or cancelled appointment decisions in writing to the Practice.
